Nick Oliveto
Nick Oliveto is a technical delivery owner for Leidos, managing teams to develop and deliver technology for national security customers. Previously, he aided business development, leading growth strategy for the Federal Bureau of Investigation portfolio and bidding for contracts with the Intelligence Community.
He holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Fairmont State University in national security and intelligence and political science. |
Randal Stickley
Randall Stickley has maintained positions within the state, local, and federal communities since 2013. His various tasks included supervising a Justice Information Sharing Hub as a joint project between the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) countering the impacts of the drug crisis in West Virginia; a fusion liaison officer providing all threats coverage to state analysts; a geopolitical risk analyst and database coordinator in the private sector; providing OSINT and SOCMINT analysis of key national security issues from the Middle East-North Africa region.
Serving in many other intelligence organizations, Randall participates in professional analyst communities, like the West Virginia Fusion Center, National Fusion Center Association’s Analyst Council’s Training and Tradecraft Subcommittees, West Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force, International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts, and International Association of Crime Analysts. He also holds several certifications, including Certified Cyber Crime Investigator (3CI) and Certified Economic Crime Forensic-s Expert (CECFE). In 2016, Randall received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Fairmont State University in the studies of national security and intelligence and political science with a minor in history. |
Caitlin Cronk
Caitlin has a dual degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science, with a minor in National Security. She worked briefly for the State Department and now works as a Counterterrorism Intern for the Counterterrorism Group. She specializes in OSINT and SOCMINT, and Russian intelligence and policy studies, and also has experience in HUMINT operations.

Wendy Maxwell
Wendy has an associate's degree in Graphic Design, and a dual bachelor's degree in National Security & Intelligence, and Political Science (with a minor in criminal justice). She currently works as a freelance intelligence analyst, and as a Counterterrorism Intern and an Alternate Team Lead for the Counterterrorism Group. She has been trained as an all source intelligence analyst with a specialization in HUMINT, OSINT, SOCMINT, and IMINT. She also specializes in Russian intelligence, and risk management. She works hard in her digital photography, and at practicing her skills in HUMINT and counter-HUMINT. She also designs and maintains websites for a variety of companies and individuals and uses her skills in research and analysis to update and maintain them.

Ryan PatrickRyan Patrick currently serves as a Special Investigator retained by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, conducting federal background investigations. His work includes: interviewing subjects, writing reports, and collecting and analyzing source/record interviews to meet federal guidelines. Ryan previously worked as a FEMA travel specialist at National Travel; assisting in travel itineraries for FEMA agents for meetings and disaster response. Ryan’s educational background includes a double major in National Security and Intelligence and Political Science from Fairmont State (Fairmont, WV), two certifications from Universiteit Leiden (Leiden, Netherlands) in The Changing Global Order and International Humanitarian Law, and his last certification being Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.). Ryan is continuing his education pursuing a certificate in Global Diplomacy in the Modern World from the University of London (London, UK).
